Return/Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of order. All returns/exchanges require a prior Return Authorization from rrnb.com, no exceptions will be made.
All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging, unused and in saleable condition. We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor returns or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used or is not in its original new condition.
If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for or accept it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item. (Note: Credit issued good up to 1 year from date of original purchase)
You must contact us within 30 days of order placement if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.
For the first exchange of an item, you pay shipping/handling charges for the exchange. If a second exchange is necessary, a $15 handling fee will be applied, as well as the shipping/handling charges for the exchange.
Refunds will be given in the form of store credit only.
Due to strict health regulations the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
Used pet apparel, pet beds, pet blankets, pet carriers, dog treats, all grooming products, furniture, toys, feeders, shoes, socks, carriers and diapers which include belly bands and panties.
All custom made items are final sale. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for custom made items. Custom orders cannot be returned which includes: Any custom clothing as the material and fabric is cut to the specific measurement of your pet. Engraved and Personalized items cannot be returned for any reason. As dogs come in various sizes and shapes, please measure your pet carefully before making your size selection. Please make sure of your color and size choices before ordering. You may also contact us for assistance.By purchasing on this website, you understand and agree to this policy.
For your security, please return your items with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. RRnB is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Any item returned without a Return Authorization will NOT be processed and will be returned to the customer at customer’s own expense and/or additional restocking fee of 50% will be incurred.
Oscar Newman LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments. If your return shipment is lost or damaged, you must contact the carrier to file a claim.

Product prices, availability, shipping/delivery costs, types of shipping method, and terms and conditions of sale, are subject to change without advance notice. RRNB is not responsible for typographical errors.
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, RRNB shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is priced incorrectly, RRNB may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
